Aragon Drafting & Design is a locally owned small business which provides Residential & some Commercial Drafting & Designing services, specialising in Tropical Designs & Style of Living we can "BUILD YOUR DREAMS".The proprietor (Ronnie Aragon) running the show is a qualified Draftsman with a Carpentry & Joinery trade qualification, Ronnie completed his apprenticeship in Darwin with over 15 years experience in the construction & building industry and a local to Darwin. Aragon Drafting & Design specialises in Tropical Home Designs, because Darwin is growing at a fast rate with houses popping up everywhere these home designs and layouts are mostly suited for southern style home designs which are not suited for the tropics & our weather. Most of these houses are not designed to help promote passive cooling & cross flow ventilation leading to consuming a lot of electricity running appliances like air-conditioners for long periods trying to cool house down & comfort. With power rates at a high this can be costly! Our experience and knowledge living in the tropics & specialising in tropical home designs/ way of living and previously working for COOL mob NT. We hope to help home owners save money and gain knowledge about staying cool in the tropics with minimal electricity consumption. While working hand in hand with Tropical Design Concepts & Techniques that can save money in electricity bills. As well as owning a beautifully well designed home for the tropics and meeting home owner specifications, it will also be a structurally sound & cyclone coded home that brings our beautiful Darwin weather in and not shut it out.
