The quality of the installation is good. However watching the fitting be put into place at Merewether high school on April 4 2018 there were multiple unsafe work practices involved in the process. The workers were on a ladder as high as 5 metres with no support or harness to keep them safe. The ladder was being propped up by an unsturdy looking spare part and the site was slightly unclean.
