Coastal Podiatry is a boutique podiatry clinic, conveniently located in Minyama on the Sunshine Coast. We are a family owned business that is dedicated in providing professional, high quality lower limb care to all of our patients.At the foot & leg clinic, we have a focused interest in foot, ankle, knee and leg pain. We have structured our clinic to give us the best possible chance of giving you the results you deserve for the long term not a short term fix.The kinds of problems we generally see are associated with flat feet or excessively high arched feet. Problems such as Osteoarthritis, Plantar Fasciitis, heel pain or heel spurs, Bunions and clawed/hammer toes as well as ankle, knee, hip and lower back pain.We provide a thorough assessment to establish your concerns and to find out what kind of pain you are experiencing. Additionally, we get X-rays taken so we can find out where the true cause of your problem lies. We also undertake a postural assessment and hands on assessment of the joints. From here we can deliver effective management and advice for all foot and lower limb injuries and concerns. In most cases we can achieve great results with no medication, no surgery and no orthotics.We work with you to achieve a long term, permanent solution to your related problems. You will be provided with tailored management/treatment plans that are specific to your needs as an individual, we don’t offer a one size fits all solution. We are a little bit different to other Podiatrists. We aim to provide a solution to the pain you are experiencing without the use of orthotics. We believe you should have the opportunity to wear what you want and our treatment can provide that freedom. In some cases orthotics are utilised and this will be discussed with you if appropriate.
