We are a third generation firm with strong links to the North West area providing expertise across the firm in a number of areas. We understand that for many, coming to see a Solicitor can be daunting and we pride ourselves on being approachable while ensuring we give practical, straightforward and honest advice to our valued clients. Law can be complicated but we understand that our clients want clear, concise and cost efficient advice and our firm values these often underestimated traits.The late Mark Leyden began practising in Manilla in 1951. During Mark's 49 years of practice he forged many strong bonds in Manilla, Tamworth and the surrounding districts and these have been continued on by his son Edward and his grandson Nick. Our firm retains many of Mark's clients and their families as clients and it is that loyalty that the foundations of our firm have been built on. The addition of Dan Campbell in 2014 has further grown our firm as he too has developed a loyal client base.Leyden Legal is a third generation law practice based in Manilla and Tamworth NSW. Mark Leyden commenced practising in Manilla, Tamworth and North Western NSW during 1951 following the completion of his law studies in Papua New Guinea while serving in World War II. Mark's son Edward was admitted in 1978 and has practised in Manilla, Tamworth and the surrounding areas since then both as a long term partner of a local firm and as a sole practitioner. Nick Leyden has worked with the firm since 2009 after working in a range of legal and marketing positions in Darwin, Sydney, Melbourne and the UK. In 2014 Director Dan Campbell joined the firm after working with a prominent local Solicitor for a number of years following stints with Newcastle and London law firms. On the 1st of July 2016 Leyden Legal Pty Ltd was formed with Edward Leyden, Nick Leyden and Dan Campbell as Solicitor Directors.
