Miguels 24 Hr Fitness offers a wide variety of state of the art fitness equipment.Our cardiovascular equipment including spin bikes, treadmills, cross trainers and stair climber feature touch screens, internet connection, pre-set training programs and virtual active functions providing more entertaining workouts. The resistance training zone offers you the choice of resistance cables and free weights required for both strength/hypertrophy training as well as injury rehabilitation. Equipment includes an 8 stack multi station, pre-lift spotting bench press, squat rack, deadlift zone and a 3D smith machine. Extra thick flooring is also provided in the free weight zone allowing quieter lifting for fellow gym goers.Our padded core zone also provides comfort for our members for stretching and core exercises. It also provides additional equipment, such as, boxing gloves/pads, resistance bands, stretching bands, swiss balls, box pads and bosu for stability training. Extending out from out core zone is the functional movement zone including a suspension training cage with TRX bands, monkey bars, incline/decline bench and squat rack attachments. Also provided for all members is FREE classes by experienced, professional trainers. Our 1 hour classes include Boxercise, stretching, functional circuit, pilates, over-all core development, HIIT and spin fit.Services are provided by acredited exercise physiologist and scientists, as well as personal training covering all fitness needs for elite athletes, injury rehabilitation and general fitness.To come experience new and exciting ways to train come down so we will show you around.
