Tony approached Charlie Cameron who had thirty years experience in the finance, management and real estate fields and the two formed the partners/directors/shareholders of the company.Two years later Brian Edwards, a licensed Strata Manager and real estate agent, who also had twenty-one years experience in the finance field was employed, and he now heads up a team of four Strata Managers.Whilst the Strata business is completely autonomous it enjoys the luxury of an association with a prominent and diverse conglomerate of service providers in the property field.Hunter Strata Management provides expert management and administrative services to residential, commercial and industrial schemes.Our company has joined industry leaders to provide professional management services coupled with electronic communications, record management and secure internet access to files.We service the entire Hunter Region from Port Stephens in the north to Morisset in the south and west to Singleton.While all Strata Managing Agents perform similar functions, it is in the delivery of the service that makes the difference.
