First I went to bunnings with a small issue but no one wanted to take the time. I tried a few local tile places at carrara but I was in the to hard basket or there was not enough money in it for me. I called the tile market and the gentleman over the phone went out of his way for me and made me feel like a very important customer even though I was only after a replacement tile. When I arrived the young lady went searching for a tile to match the broken one I had. She couldn't find an exact match but the very same pattern with a slightly more of a gloss I was stoked. Best service I experienced today. Going to be renovating in 8 or 9 months and going back to buy my tiles from the tile market for the kitchen, three bathroom and the floor tiles too... I won't be shopping around after such great service. Thank you guys...
